ABOUT
How I got into NLP
I first became interested in NLP when I travelled to Portugal for the first time in 2013 with one of my closest friends. At that time, I was working in middle management in Berlin, and I wasn’t satisfied with my job. Although I had achieved what I thought I wanted, I wasn’t happy with what I had accomplished.
I remember having a conversation with my friend on the plane where she asked me, “Why don’t you just do what makes you happy?” That question stuck with me, and my friend introduced me to NLP.
This question made me reflect deeply on what I really wanted in life. I started exploring NLP more deeply, attending training sessions and immersing myself in the subject. I also became a Life Coach, helping others to identify and achieve their own goals. It’s incredible how a single question can lead us down a whole new path. Thanks to my friend’s prompting and my own desire to try new things, I was able to transform my career and my life. My journey is a powerful example of the power of self-reflection and the importance of pursuing what truly makes us happy.
Why I teach NLP
This is also why I practice NLP. I strongly believe that everyone deserves to pursue their passions and values. I always encourage people to view life as a co-creation rather than a competition or a judgmental arena, where everyone is connected to their authentic selves and free from self-doubt.
Witnessing how coaching can help people discover their self-worth and empower them to live the life they want, in the way they want, surrounded by supportive individuals is incredibly fulfilling. Being able to support people in their personal and professional growth and see them achieve their goals is a wonderful experience.
